Alba Villa Apartment Hotel ****

Location

Balatonfured – located on the Northern shore of Lake Balaton surrounded by slopes – is famous not only for its pleasant Mediterranean-like climate, excellent wines and curative springs, but also for its bustling cultural life. Balatonfured was already inhabited in the Roman Ages. Its name was first mentioned in the estate registration of the Tihany Abbey in 1211. The town awaits its visitors all year long with various programs, monuments and museums. The Loczy cave is worth visiting, you can also take a refreshing walk in the neighbouring slopes. Balatonfured is situated 123 kilometres from Budapest, it can be approached on Motorway M7, then Main Road 71.

Apartment Hotel

The cosy apartment hotel was erected in 2003. Parking is possible in the garage of the hotel (upon charge). Wireless Internet access is at guests’ disposal in the lobby. The Deak Cellar Restaurant can be found in the park of the hotel to offer a special place for a delicious lunch or dinner, it is suitable for organising family or business gatherings. Guests can choose from the delicacies of the international and Hungarian cuisine made in the show kitchen. Drinkbar (all year long) and an intimate terrace (during the summer period) offer recreation. The staff happily assist you in organising different programs (e.g. wine-tasting). The Alba Villa Apartmenthotel proves to be a perfect choice for families with small children, since it offers many family-friendly services: babycot, highchair, baby bathtub, baby-sitting service (upon previous request and extra charge), playhouse for kids, child animation, playground, kids’ pool and kids’ menu (in the restaurant). Section and conference rooms are available for business travelers (technical equipment: television, video, flipchart, screen, wireless Internet access, fax, photocopy and printing upon request, projector for rent). Pets are not allowed.

Apartments

The Alba Villa Apartmenthotel offers air-conditioned, well-appointed, spacious and modern apartments, their equipment covers everything which are necessary for an unforgettable vacation and relaxation. The apartments consist of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a living room, a kitchen (with ceramic hotplate, microwave oven, dishwasher) and a bathroom (with bathtub). All apartments have a balcony or terrace, they are equipped with bathrobes, hairdryer, safe, television (Hungarian, English, German, French and Spanish satellite channels). The floors are parquetted and covered by flagstones. Some apartments have direct exit to the garden.

Room Rates Apply per room (not per person) and per night.
Room Rates include Buffet breakfast, linen, towels, bathrobes, daily maid service and the use of the wellness facilities.

Children Policy 1 child up to 12 years stays for free (breakfast and accommodation). In the case of a second child:
- free under 4 years (breakfast and accommodation)
- 50% discount between 4 and 12 years.
50% discount from the halfboard under 12 years.
Optional Services Halfboard: 10.00 EUR / Person / Night(has to be booked min. 3 days prior to ariival). Cancellation: min. 1 day prior to ariival.
Fullboard: 20.00 EUR / Person / Night (has to be booked min. 3 days prior to ariival). Cancellation: min. 1 day prior to ariival.
Garage: 1000 HUF (about 4.00 EUR) / Day.
Reservation Guarantee A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking.
Payment At the hotel in cash or with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy All reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (when staying for 1-3 nights) and 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (when staying for more than 3 nights). In case of late cancellation and no-show, one night room and tax will be charged.
Check-In from 15:00 pm on the arrival day.
Check-out until 10:00 am on the departure day.
