Location
Tapolca – also called the city of caves and water – is situated in the western part of the Balaton-Highlands. The hotel is located in the city center, on a park of more than 9 acres, right above the cave, wich is absolutely appropriate for curing different illnesses of the air-passages.

24-hour reception, closed parking lot, 4 elevators, safe (at the reception), giftshop, business center, program organising, transfer, car rental, baby-sitting service, internet corner, fax, photocopy and room service are at guests’ disposal. The hotel provides several facilities for children: a nursery with kids’ pool, toys, sport and other, various activities. The restaurant offers specialities not only from the Hungarian and the international cuisine, but from the bio-cuisine. The lobby bar awaits guests with several different types of caffees and drinks, during the summer months grill terrace and pool bar are also available.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with bathroom (bathtub / shower), television, telephone, internet access and minibar. Some rooms are covered with parquet, non-smoking rooms can be requested. Disabled guests can book specially furnished and equipped rooms (4 rooms are available).
Business services
The conference room, equipped with up-to-date facilities, can seat 350 persons. The room has sound-proof, mobile walls, so it can be sectioned into 3 parts (for 200, 50 and 40 persons). It has natural daylight.
